Pricing questions
A feeder is a medium-voltage distribution circuit that originates from a substation. In Pilot, 3 feeders means 3 independent distribution circuits with their own metering aggregation. If feeders include embedded generation or have unusual topology, mention this in your pilot request so we can confirm the classification.
Pilot and Grid have no setup fees. Their listed monthly prices are the only recurring costs. For Regional, on-site integration support may be quoted separately based on integration scope and travel requirements.
Invoices are issued in EUR. eZap, Lda. is a Portuguese company registered for VAT in Portugal. EU customers with a valid VAT number can provide it at sign-up for reverse-charge treatment. Non-EU customers should check local tax obligations.
Grid is billed on a 12-month contract. Most Pilot customers convert when their 90-day evaluation ends. If a 12-month commitment is not suitable for your network, we can discuss a shorter initial term at a different rate. Contact us to discuss.
Yes. You can add feeders within the same tier during the contract period. Moving from Pilot to Grid, or adding feeders beyond a tier's limit, triggers a pro-rated adjustment for the remaining contract period. We will confirm pricing before changing your account.
